Though he is known in Powers Division as Heartbeat, the Resistance knows him only as Transceiver. Not only does he possess an uncanny knack at working the Static, but his mind functions like an emotional transceiver, as he can both pick up and broadcast empathic energy. If it is true that every Resistance member has an agenda, or a reason for joining the Underground, he hasn’t gotten specific about his own motives aside from generally helping others. But a few Resistance members have noted he seems to be looking for somebody called Seer 2095…
